This workshop is intended for top managers in the civil service whose responsibilities are to manage the institution of reforms in their particular sphere and to respond to change.
About training
During this workshop, senior civil servants will receive a set of skills and tools to effectively manage change. The workshop program includes situational analysis, complex problem analysis and discussing the psychology of employee behavior during the process of instituting change.
The workshop concludes with a master class and an interactive case/situation modeling of the stages of instituting specific reforms. An outline is provided of the role of the manager as a leader who stimulates and motivates, as opposed to being simply a manager.
Workshop location and duration
Each workshop takes place in the School of Senior Civil Service and lasts two days, from 09:30 to 17:00. Find out when the next workshop takes place here.
