human_resourse_enThe goal of this workshop is primarily to ensure that senior civil servants understand the role, function and principles underlying human resource management in the public sector.

About training

In contrast to ordinary management or leadership, managing human resources involves managing the flow of employees within an organization. As senior civil servants, participants in this workshop are responsible for the success of their staff as well as for the work undertaken by their subordinates. Together with other managers, they review candidates, hire staff, train them, and dismiss when necessary - all in the name of ensuring that the necessary job is carried out the most effectively and with the best possible results.

Workshop location and duration

Each workshop takes place in the School of Senior Civil Service and lasts two days, from 09:30 to 17:00. Find out when the next workshop takes place here.
