The training includes interactive component directed of development of skills by modeling of situations.

Ukrainian civil service differs a lot from the civil service in EU members countries. Political instability and lack of professionalism of state service, including higher state service corps are of the key problems in Ukraine.

The aim of the training is to develop personal features of leader. Components of the training are strategically managing of human resources, especially approaches to crew managing for higher state service corps, personnel motivation, state service admission and the role of these skills in leader’s success.
