Organizational development management within the bounds of strategy requires permanent improvement of understanding of nature changes and features of influence on system, discovery of principles and approaches that work and provide efficiency result. This is kind of art, and for mastering it balance between external direction work and internal principles development is needed to be reached. It means the ability to discover strategies of changes, to determine their scales, to control different styles of changes conductiong – evolutionary, transformational, antirecessionary.

The ability to provide irreversibility of organizational transformation within the logic of changes conducting project is of great importance too. This requires the development of ‘self-development plan’ as a leader of changes project, forming of critical mass of changes’ agents, determining of priorities and planning of initiatives. Within the context of forming this skills the course puts a question about proper communication system, risks preventing, inclusion of catalysts and effectiveness managing system.


The course includes:

  • Approaches to changes, special features of influence on system
  • Determining of approach to changes conducting
  • Vision, intellectual, emotional involving people to changes. Work with resistance and motivation
  • Changes conducting project
  • Balanced system of development indicatiors
