How to be effective in personal and organization resources administrating? What does personal leaders effectiveness depends on? What influences on  personal behavior style choice and in what way? How to use personal leader’s potential effectively? The training answers on these and other questions.


Training is directed on creation of systemic conception about questions like more complete using of director’s leader resource from the point of view effective organization creation, acquaintance with up-to-date leadership qualities development practice and using of director’s personal influence on subordinates organizational behavior.
