If organization or country is developing sooner or later a necessity of switching to systemic work principles arises. It is also necessary to provide pliability and further development opportunities.
Leaders feel that ascertained approaches often don’t work. But what comes instead? What organizational ideas? What leadership principles? What is work logic of new-type organization based on? For modern organization administration these are basic, philosophic, strategic questions what requires integral view.


These questions lead us to the fundamental assumption to be realized  by administrative team during switching to systemacy. This course will uncover what skills and knowledge are required for dealing with strategic idea on the level of organization and the hole society as a system.


The course includes:

  • Introduction into systemic thinking
  • Strategic idea as an element of system infrastructure
  • Mission as a form of self-identification
  • Mission as an organization model formula
  • Coordinate system of values of organization and society
