Two-day training on the theme: „Effective human resource management” began

In November, 18, 2009 in the conference-hall of the School of Senior Civil Service with the support of the Dutch Institute of Public Administration (ROI) the two-day training on the theme: „Effective human resource management” began.

Tetyana Kovtun, the Director of the School of Senior Civil Service opened training and congratulated participants.

The first part of training was about the aims, tasks and instruments of HRM the base review of HRM in Ukraine and EU member states, the management on public service, strategic approach to the questions of search and selection of personnel, social and professional adaptation of employers, development, and studies of HRM on civil service.

Training is conducted by the trainer of the School of Senior Civil Service Olena Adamenko. The deputies of leaders of central authorities of executive power and leaders of skilled services take part in the training.
