In November, 27, 2009 in the conference-hall of the School of Senior Civil Service with the support of the Dutch Institute of Public Administration (ROI) the two-day training began on a theme: „Technologies of effective management in public institutions”.

Training of „Technology of effective management in public institutions" contains the next questions:

• management work crews
• motivation of inferiors
• workings strategies of management
• time management
• establishment of priorities
• delegation

Training is conducted by the trainer of the School of Senior Civil Service Оlexandr Mieshalkin.
