Special training programs of the School of Senior Civil Service includes:
- Strategic Human Resources Management
- Professional Ethics of Civil Servants and Prevention of Corruption
- Effective Communication and Negotiations (for press-secretaries)
In addition to mentioned programs the School offers a number of trainings on prevention of corruption in civil service, e-government, work with mass-media etc. and offers coordinative and training support for realization of national target programs.
The School plays not only the role of training centre but also, first of all of professional club of leaders of civil service, information resources centre of senior civil service and platform for discussions on priorities of development of society and governmental policy.
Strategic Human Resources Management
Goal: establishing of strategic human resources management in work of personnel services.
Target group: leaders of personnel services in bodies of central executive authorities.

In 2009, the School of Senior Civil Service lauched the masterclasses and seminars on questions of prevention of corruption in civil service. Professional ethics and prevention of corruption in civil service will become one of the main directions of work of the School of Senior Civil Service in 2010.
Effective Communication and Negotiations
Goal: increasing of effectiveness and quality of work of press-services.
Target group: leaders of press-services of central executive authorities.
