The School cooperates with the world's leading schools of public administration, in particular the Dutch Institute for Public Administration (ROI), the Danish School of Public Administration (DSPA), the Bavarian Administration School (BVS), and other European training institutions that have longstanding experience in professional training of civil servants. While preparing training courses School's experts apply innovative and creative approaches from the best international experiences.

International partners

Danish School of Public Administration (DSPA) was founded in 1963 for the purpose of providing continuing education programs for professionals who have supervisory responsibilities in public sector management and administration.

The main objective of DSPA is to offer its participants real skills in order to raise their capacity to develop professionally and, ultimately, to improve the work of the public administration sector.
DSPA operates not only in Denmark but also through partners in other countries of Europe.

Memorandum on Cooperation between the School of Senior Civil Service and the Danish School of Public Administration

Dutch Institute of Public Administration (ROI) offers educational and consultational support to improve the professionalism of Holland’s civil servants and government workers at the central, regional and local levels.

Founded in 1973, ROI was under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Netherlands until 1993, after which it was privatized.

ROI’s international efforts are concentrated on educating and offering consultations to civil servants. ROI has organized several educational programs, as well as programs for developing and reforming public administration in countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.

Bavarian School of Administration (BVS) was founded in 1920.

BVS organizes professional development activities for civil servants of all levels and other government workers.
