Our purpose is to provide top managers in Ukraine’s Civil Service with the types of skills that they specifically need. The School analyzed learning needs and has, based on the results, prepared a special training program called “Management Development Program” jointly with its European partners. This Program includes workshops such as:



•    Managing change in the public sector
•    The art of communication in public administration
•    Strategic management
•    Management
•    Leadership
•    Human Resource Management (HRM)



The format of the Management Development Program reduces to a minimum such traditional approaches as lectures and concentrates on interactive group work. This offers the best possible approach to acquiring new skills and habits.
