Ukraine needs a professional group of top public managers who are familiar with contemporary management approaches and are skilled enough to take the lead and manage change successfully. Our mission is to assist in this process.

Since we opened our doors in October 2008, we have been making our contribution in the formation of highly professional and well-educated managerial leaders in Ukraine, that is, senior civil servants and top managers occupying posts in Categories I, II and III.

Based on the data of December 31, 2008, in Ukraine there are:

  • 329 civil servants that occupy managerial positions of the I category (288 men and 41 women)
  • 1 465 civil servants that occupy managerial positions of the II category (1 114 men and 351 women)
  • 3 547 civil servants that occupy managerial positions of the III category (2 123 men and 1 424 women)

In 2009 around 500 of representatives of the School's audience participated in its activities. About 45 % of this number were the senior civil servants of the 1st and 2nd Categories.
