E-mail Print PDF

Leadership is a process of efficient use of resources for positive changes. In order to lead the way the leader has to be able to use the potential energy of communities, organizations, and nations; he/she need to know how to direct it effectively to achieve the declared goals. Even the most charismatic leaders can not achieve a lot if they rely only on themselves. Therefore the essence of the leadership is in the ability to identify the potential energy in people, relations, technologies, products, systems, structures, and to determine how to activate and master this energy. Talented leaders are the catalyzers of actions.
